I made this painting from information gathered last week on a trip to St Ives. Gurnard’s Head is a promontory on the spectacular north Penwith coast a few miles west of St Ives. A great area for walking and painting, and only a short walk from the Gurnard’s Head Hotel – which offers good food and good beer! http://www.gurnardshead.co.uk
