This painting is another from my trip last month to St Ives. It was painted along the north Penwith coast about a mile west of St Ives. I love the rugged quality of this coastline, the bright luminosity of the sea contrasting with the dark, brooding granite rocks. Oil on canvas board 12 x 10 inches.
